The Time Witch

It was as if time stopped

as if she moved with the minutes

as if she stood still when all else was moving

She was the Time Witch.

time for work

time for pleasure

time for creations

time for stillness

T I M E

Her magic was not otherworldly

although others may be fooled.

It was quite simple

so simple

they couldn’t see it

it which was there all along.

That not so secret secret

that many search for their entire lives

only to find that they already had

and it was not searching that was needed

but seeing

slowing

believing

being

the Time Witch.
